Large and strategic initiatives progress through relationship building and creating robust communication pathways that aim to span up, down, and across organizations.


Agile

Agile is a common sense way of working that can provide a bounty of benefits to individuals and organizations. While there are many prescribed ways to apply Agile principles in the pursuit of being agile, there should not be a one-size-fits-all approach. Adaptability and continuous improvement are two of the most important factors in finding success with Agile. Chris is adept and comfortable leading Agile transformations from the executive level to day-to-day practices, including coaching, product ownership, and building the infrastructure to support an organization’s long-term project success.


Project Manager

Regardless of the methodology used to manage projects, having robust communication and customer interaction is paramount and at the core of any successful project. From requirements gathering through the development lifecycle, to the final demo and implementation, Chris has spent the past ten years navigating projects of varying scope from their inception to positive outcomes, helping making the most of talented teams and engaged stakeholders throughout.
